Kering, a global Luxury Group and Official Partner to the Festival de Cannes, has partnered with Variety and WWD to shine a spotlight on the key role women play in the world of cinema through its acclaimed Women in Motion program, at the 71st International Cannes Film Festival.

The fourth annual edition of Women in Motion celebrates the achievements of Patty Jenkins and relies on two founding pillars: the Talks and the Awards. Kering’s Women in Motion sets up a forum for expression and encounters to help raise awareness about the under-representation of women in cinema both in front of and behind the camera. This program fosters debates on ways of improving their representation and honors female talents.
